Mini-implants represent a real revolution in the rehabilitation of edentulous jaws. A patient with this type of problem usually does not have enough bone for other assistance except for wearing removable dentures. If, however, on X-ray (OPT) snapshot shows that it is possible to set up mini implants - even if at first glance it does not look that the conditions exist - they will deliver significant, up to 80 percent better stabilization of the prosthesis.

The main prerequisite for setting up mini-implant is the ability to set the desired minimum of four mini-implants in the upper and four mini-implants in the lower jaw, steam-symmetrical in appropriate zones.

Setting up a mini-implant is a minimally invasive intervention that is performed under local anesthesia. In many cases, it does not require surgical opening of the lobe, but implant is placed directly through the mucous membranes. Moreover, the newly appointed implants in the shortest period of time (7 to 10 days) can be loaded with prosthesis, which is also true. As their special advantage, it can be pointed out that they have permanent lifetime, and that it only requires eventual replacement of prosthesis.
